This workout is done in 4 super set circuits.

These circuits are split into four groups of A and B…to be done back and fourth for 2-3 sets each until complete.

Once a circuit is done, keep moving through the other circuits in the same fashion.

Repetitions are the total number.

So if the total number is 24 reps, for instance, the clam shells will be 12 reps per leg.
